The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has published an update to Form HUD-92541 Builder’s Certification of Plans, Specifications, and Site (rev. 03/2018). The publication is due to the updated OMB expiration date (Exp 07/31/2022) in the upper right corner of the first page of the form. The updated form is available for immediate use from the HUD forms web page.
