The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) issued its summer edition of Supervisory Highlights. This edition covers the period from the last regular edition of Supervisory Highlights and excludes the special findings related to the COVID-19 pandemic which were reported in Issue 23 of Supervisory Highlights issued by the CFPB in January 2021. The findings within this edition of Supervisory Highlights focus on auto servicing, consumer reporting, debt collection, deposits regarding Reg E error resolution and overdrafts, fair lending, mortgage origination, mortgage servicing, private education loan origination, payday lending, and student loan servicing.
