The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has published an update to Form 8821 Tax Information Authorization (rev. 2-2020). The most substantial changes are to the language in number 3. Tax Information, and number 7. Taxpayer Signature, including the addition of a new checkbox item for number 3. The updated form is available for immediate use from the IRS forms web page.
