The revised version of The Standard Flood Hazard Determination Form (SFHDF) is pending approval

The current version of the SFHDF has an expiration date of October 31, 2018 and the revised version is pending approval. This document will be updated with the revised version of the SFHDF once approved. The current version of the SFHDF with expiration date October 31, 2018 is extended until further notice.
